As with anything worth doing, it ain't gonna be easy. It's gonna take time and energy, all of which you get back once you achieve your goal. Whether big or small, all projects can get frustrating, annoying and just plain maddening. But you either stop and put all your materials away and fb all day.
Or...or...or...you stop for a minute, think about what you should do next, then undo and un-stitch and you redo again...and again...and again if you have to.
The difference between a hobby and a passion. The difference between something you love and something you like do. The difference is the learning that you take from the frustrations, the self understanding that you get from doing something over and over again.
In the end, it's all worth it. Not only do you gain more skills, you get introspect that you wouldn't get otherwise. It's worth it because it only makes you better. A better person and a more skilled artist.
